- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Toast baguette slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.

3. Top each slice with cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.


Recipe 3: Mini Caprese Skewers


Ingredients:


- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

- 10-12 toothpicks

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella slice, and a basil leaf onto each toothpick.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Serve immediately.


Recipe 4: Hummus with Pita Chips


Ingredients:


- 1 cup cooked chickpeas

- 1/4 cup tahini

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Pita chips for serving


Instructions:


1. Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender until smooth.

2. With the blender running, slowly pour in olive oil.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve with pita chips.
